Kyra Laupp

Nurse Practitioner

Kyra joined the HOAF team in July of 2021. Kyra’s motivation comes from the relationships she has developed with patients and families and from her passion for oncology, with the constant change in medicine in recent years.

“I am thrilled to be a part of the HOAF team. The camaraderie amongst the staff is what makes HOAF a strong community like no other. Nothing can compare to our staff’s ability to work as a cohesive team and I am so grateful to constantly learn from our remarkable physicians every day.“

Kyra graduated with a Masters of Science in Nursing from Northern Kentucky University.  She received her family nurse practitioner certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Her career highlights include receiving her pediatric nurse certification and bone marrow transplant certification. She also worked as a pediatric bone marrow transplant registered nurse for approximately seven years.  

In her free time, Kyra enjoys cooking, hiking, making arts and crafts, and playing softball.
