Maintaining your health after chemotherapy is imperative. Whether you are finished with treatment or being monitored after receiving a cancer diagnosis, our providers will continue to follow you closely through personal visits and any required testing, as well as provide you with information to ensure that you stay healthy.

Periodically, the practice offers seminars to help you achieve your health goals.

Our bell is a symbol of hope and survivorship, and the plaque was made for HOAF by a local metal artist. When a patient completes their chemotherapy, they ring the bell in our infusion room.
