What is Hematology?

Hematology is the study of the nature, function, and diseases of the blood and blood-forming organs.

Our hematologists specialize in blood disorders ranging from iron-deficiency anemia to more complex illnesses. They will coordinate your care with your primary care provider and any other specialists you require.

Our treatments include iron infusions, chemotherapy, biotherapies, and therapeutic phlebotomies. We have the ability to perform bone marrow biopsies on-site and coordinate transfusions as necessary.
