What is Infusion?

Infusion is the introduction of a solution into a vein.

Our infusions are delivered by registered nurses specializing in cancer care, blood disorder treatments, and supportive symptom management. We have 32 infusion chairs and, weather- and health-permitting, you have the option to receive infusion treatments on our large back porch, which faces a protected forest area that is home to deer, birds, and other wildlife and offers a beautiful backdrop for treatment.

For your convenience, we have a scheduler devoted to your infusion treatments. In order to accommodate all of our patients, we ask that you limit yourself to one guest when you are receiving infusion treatment.

We offer the following infusion services:

• Chemotherapy
• Biotherapy and immunotherapy
• IV antibiotics
• Iron replenishment therapies
• Hydration
• Electrolyte replenishment
• Supportive medications (for example, nausea and steroid treatments)
