The Surveillance Clinic, which opened at our Fredericksburg location in 2018, is an acute care clinic serving the urgent needs of all HOAF patients, including those at our Stafford location, experiencing problems or symptoms related to their cancer treatment or diagnosis. We see patients on a walk-in basis.

The Clinic is staffed with dedicated and knowledgeable nurse practitioners and our certified clinical medical assistant who pride themselves on delivering world-class care with compassion. We work in tandem with our in-house pharmacy, meaning we can diagnose acute illnesses and administer medication on-site. All treatments administered during your visit are promptly reported to your HOAF physician and care team to ensure proper follow up.

At HOAF, we understand that a cancer diagnosis is often accompanied by “what ifs” and “now whats.” The Surveillance Clinic gives our patients a place where they can ask questions and raise concerns, without an appointment and without the wait.
